Noelle Hardy is a Freshman Public Policy major and USC Leadership Scholar at the University of Southern California. She is driven by a growing interest in foreign policy, particularly how global developments shape national institutions and legal frameworks. At USC, she is actively involved in the Society of Women in Law and performs as the Feature Twirler for the USC Trojan Marching Band. Noelle hopes to merge her academic focus and global interests to help shape thoughtful, internationally informed public policy in the future.
