Qifan (Holly) Wei is a sophomore at the University of Southern California majoring in Law, History & Culture and minoring in International Relations. She is especially interested in human rights, humanitarianism, and international trade. Outside of GPI, she is a member of VC Academy, Moot Court, and Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity.
