Elmar is an undergraduate student at the University of Southern California majoring in Political Science with a focus on international relations and global policy. On campus, he serves on the Executive Board of the United Nations Association at USC (UNA-USA) as a Programming Aide and is a Study Fellow with the USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future.

Beyond campus, Elmar is engaged in national and global advocacy through UNICEF USA, where he serves on the National Youth Council and contributes to youth-led strategy, policy advocacy, and large-scale initiatives advancing global development. He has collaborated with youth leaders nationwide and national partners, including Georgetown University and The Harris Poll, to shape programming, outreach, and advocacy efforts, with a focus on translating complex global issues into accessible, action-driven projects.
